Love, I mean LOVE! music, of all kinds!
Though there are some genres I lean towards on a more regular basis than others. Depends what mood I’m in or maybe want to get into. I’ve become a really big fan of Christian Praise music since coming to the faith.
I never thought I’d like it but there are tons of awesome tunes out there.
R&B and Soul before my Praise music days where what I would listen to the most. But also love 60’s 70’s some 80’s music and Motown and Indie and Rock, and Blues and some Pop and Country and bit of hip hop and Classical etc.

Movies
Hmmm now let me think, I can watch a great film and love it, but then it tends to be forgot about really. I just don't hang onto fav's too much. I like Comedies, though not so much the slap stick silly stuff. I like Mysteries, Science fiction, and fantasy and Period films too. Depends what mood I’m in.
I don't really watch much T.V, sometimes I'll go through fazes with it, If I’ve caught onto a story line or just feel a need to veg out for a bit. I got into the: Lost series. And I like the reality shows, I know they tend to be an either love em or hate em kind of thing for people. I put it down to one of my fazes.. lol..

~:~ _ . _ THE HOLY BIBLE _ . _ ~:~ I’m interested in studying the Hebrew and I’ve found Messianic Judaism to be the best source for me at the moment in aiding my studies. I read all kinds of books, but all have been left on the shelf since I started reading the Bible.

Who Is Me.? well not much to tell really... I’m single and Not looking for a relationship just now, apart from friendships... I’ve been blessed with two Beautiful Daughters that never cease to amaze me, they’re truly wonderful and have grown into beautiful woman both inside and out. Being a Mother has and is an experience I’m so thankful to have been able to have had, my daughters have given me so much...
I was also Blessed with a Beautiful Mother, who sadly passed away 1st June 2005, she was a very special person, all who knew her couldn’t help but be touched by her love...
I recently became a Christian something I never dreamed would happen to me, getting to know God is an amazing journey. If you’re reading this and you’re not a believer, I totally understand, I’ve been there myself where I couldn't understand how people managed to believe, I thought it was more something they were raised with, how so very wrong I was. God is very real.! I know me saying that won’t change your thinking it didn’t change mine being told it by the one person I believed and trusted; my Mum. While I believed her, I still couldn’t grasp the concept of God in my mind, but when you find out from your own personal experience that God is real believe me you know it.!
I wasn’t raised with a church background, my Mum as I said before was a believer, but she didn’t push her views onto us, just if the subject came up and we got to talking she would say he exists, no doubt about it...
God has changed my life so much, don’t misunderstand me, life is still tough but knowing God is there gives a greater understanding and meaning to life.
Being born again is the perfect way to describe it, as we are given a whole new life a chance to start over again. Erase the shame of our mistakes, with the best guidance there could ever be to help us get onto and stay on the right path this time... I think that is enough about me, I'll end here with a couple of scriptures that mean a lot to me.
PSALMS 18:6 ( NLT )__ But in my distress I cried out to the LORD; Yes, I prayed to my God for help.
He heard me from his sanctuary; My cry reached his ear...
2 CORINTHIANS 12:10 ( KJV )__ Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions,
in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong...

Colossians 1:20. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
2 Corinthians 5: 14-21. For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. Philippians 2:4-8. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death--even death on a cross!
Luke 4:18-19. Jesus said, The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners, and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favour.
Matthew 25:34-45. Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' Then the righteous will answer him, ..Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? Psalm 72:1, 12-14. Endow the king with your justice, O God . . . he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy from death. He will rescue them from oppression and violence . . .
I John 4:7-8. Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God . . . because God is love.
Luke 6:31. Do to others as you would have them do to you.
Jeremiah 22:3. Do no wrong or violence to the alien, the fatherless or the widow . . .
Micah 6:1-4, 7-8. Listen to what the LORD says: 'Stand up, plead your case before the mountains; let the hills hear what you have to say. Hear, O mountains, the LORD's accusation; listen, you everlasting foundations of the earth. For the LORD has a case against his people; he is lodging a charge against Israel. 1 John 4:16-19. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. - In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
Matthew 22:37-40. Jesus replied, 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbour as yourself. All the law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.'
Jesus says: " Whatever you do unto the least of these, you do unto me."
This world is a big place and it's easy to get lost in ... Lost in the fabricated image of love. Lost in the pain of poverty, greed, loneliness, sickness, and death. Maybe you've lost a family member and you can't believe that a God who is suppose to be all powerful can let that happen. Maybe you work yourself to the brink of exhaustion and can barely make ends meet. Maybe...your trapped in the cage of sexual exploitation and need a way out. And maybe you just think that God doesn't exist. Taking chances is a hard thing to do...but this one is worth it. Try him out...He won't let you down.

Who this is from isn't important, but who's hands were working on that rainy day was everything.
Friday I was taking Katelynn back to Frederick in that constant/consistant rain. We had our two umbrellas, Grandma's the nice black button one, and Katelynns, the pretty little small purple and pink Winnie the Pooh one. When we got part way down this busy road in Frederick, I saw a man with no coat on with two small children under 3 standing by his side hooded up, in the rain, waiting at a bus stop. Without thinking, I pulled over to the side of the road, immediately grabbed my umbrella, the black one, opening it up as I ran across the street, handed it to him, and b4 I even gave him a chance to say anything, I ran back and got back into the jeep. When Katelynn and I got to Eryns job, it was of course exactly five o'clock, and hundreds of people were leaving to go home. I had to get out of the jeep for about 5 minutes, and b4 I did, I knew I had that little Winnie the Pooh umbrella sitting there for me to use. I quietly asked, "Lord, is this going to be a pride issue for me?" as I grabbed it to get out of the jeep, with of course everyone outside leaving. As I was standing outside under that little Winnie the Pooh pink and purple umbrella in the down pour, the Lord whispered, " That man would have looked a lot sillier." Right then and there, tears started running down my cheeks. I understood and the rain turned out to be a blessing for both that man and myself. Who I am isn't important, but who Christ is, is everything, even on rainy days. Like I've been telling people for a while now, you serve Christ where you are at. Even in the rain
Eagle Commitment
Eagles move from a process of courtship to commitment. The female eagle flies high into the sky, and the male eagle chases her. Suddenly she turns over on her back in midair and sticks her talons up. He moves over her and locks talons with her while they fall toward earth. He is totally committed. He would rather die then let her go. They are saying I love you, and I will never let you go. I am with you weather your rising or falling, through illness or health, through good days or rough ones, through mistakes, through trials, till death do us part. These eagles then mate for life.
Proverbs 30:18-19 The way of the eagle is too wonderful to understand. Are we as Christians willing to lock talons with others? The bible gives us numerous examples of others totally committed, locking talons. The story of Ruth locking talons with Naomi is a good example set for us. David and Jonathon is another great example. God with Noah and the good Samaritan with a stranger are a couple of other great examples of locking on.
But what about the most important pair… what about your commitment, your relationship with Christ?
We need to be asking ourselves:
Are my talons locked on with Christ?
Am I committed to Christ and to others, to hold on no matter what the outcome, no matter what the cost?
Would I be willing to lock on to a friend, or even a stranger weather they are rising or falling?
Would I be willing to die for another by not letting go?
