to loss weight is all in the mind, you must first have to have a made up mind, pray start eating the right foods,, you have to work at not eating pork and beef( hard on your Digest system), sugar is a must(STOP), try stevias, if you fried , fried in peaunt oils.eat brown or black rices, sea salt if have to have salt, , leave coffee, all sodas, candy, milk alone,cook with much vegetables (raw is better),eat much fruit. drink tea,if can fresh home made juices, plenty of water, it's a must. water is like life to our cells like the spirit is life to our mind, soul. just to name you a few thing to think about , for me diets don't work, but a real change of mind do. we must retrain our body to want what is good for it, we crave sugars etc..... because we don't give our body what it needs. a little bit a day will help the fat go away. and if your mind is made up God will give you power over your flesh you may also visit my website on my page, may God keep you in peace and teach you the way for good health peace unto you my sista. thank God he love as we are , but knowledge is POWER!

How to loose weight To me....... -Exercise daily or 3-5 times a week -Eat more fruits and vegetables -Walk your dog if you have one when the weather is good
