Christian music of course!! :) My top favorite is Jeremy Camp!!! LOVE HIM and love his passion and commitment to Christ! His songs are prayers from the heart, and they have really spoken to me when I have needed it most. I also like Steven Curtis Chapman; Casting Crowns; FFH; KJ-52; Kutless; Toby Mac; Hawk Nelson; Newsboys; Newsong; Out of Eden; Michael W. Smith; Chris Tomlin; AND MORE....JUST ANY GOOD CHRISTIAN MUSIC THEY PLAY ON THE RADIO! :) (Oh, and my step-father's southern gospel music. My biggest favorite, right now, is The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. I CAN'T WAIT for Prince Caspian to come out next year!!! Other than that, I love "Akeelah and the Bee," "Charlotte's Web," "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," "Ever After," "Facing the Giants," "Flywheel," "It's a Wonderful Life," "Madea's Family Reunion," "The Nativity Story," "The Passion of the Christ," "The Princess Diaries (1 &2)," "Secondhand Lions," "The Sound of Music," and I LOVE Shirley Temple Movies, Veggie Tales, and 3-2-1 Penguins!! (My kids can't get enough of those....as well as Thomas the Tank Engine).

Not much good on tv anymore. I sometimes like American Idol, and I really like game shows. I like the Price is Right; Deal or No Deal; Identity; and Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader? I also like the classic shows, which I buy on DVD: Full House; Little House on the Prairie; and even Dukes of Hazzard (though it's more my husband's true favorite than it is mine). And, on occasion, we like classic cartoons (like coyote and roadrunner) and Animaniacs.

About me:
I'm proud to be a child of God. I am so thankful to have found this site, so I can truly meet more brothers and sisters in Christ.
I am a stay-at-home wife and mother (and proud of it!). I know society likes to undermine the importance of traditional values, but I truly feel that staying at home is the right thing for my family. We are also going to homeschool our children, given that the public schools are neither safe nor suitable to cultivate morals and spiritual values.
I have grown a lot in Christ this year. It has REALLY been something!! I am just amazed at all that has happened this year. He has helped me to lose weight, and glorify Him through it. I have also been getting closer to the Lord, overcoming some long time struggles with legalism, and have been learning to pray more and take advantage of the great power gives us to help people through praying for them. I have seen many answered prayers and am just in awe of the things God is doing.
I could go on and on. As you can see, I love to write. It is probably the most noticeable gift that God has given me. I am writing a book that He has placed on my heart, and I hope to finish it soon and then proceed to the next step.

Who I'd like to meet:
Above all else, JESUS!! I can't wait to see Him face to face and I rejoice in the promise of His coming! I also love to meet other brothers and sisters in Christ; especially if they live here in north-eastern Indiana. I would love to have more people to fellowship with.
