About me:
Well my name is Sandra, I was married for thirteen years, my husband went to be with the lord in December of 2006, and I have four girls and two boys, their ages are 29,26,18,16,14,13 the boys are the oldest and the girls are the youngest. I live in San Bernardino California and I attend Calvary Chapel Church (The Red Barn). I am new to this holy space so it may take some time for me to get the hang of this. I would like to meet new people who are christians.

What a blessing it is to know that God is with us every moment of every day! As we rejoice in this powerful truth and hold it deep within our hearts, we give thanks for the activity of God in our lives.
Everywhere we look this time of year, we see demonstrations of God's loving activity. We see it in the beautiful displays of gifts and goodies in the stores where we shop, the colorful Chritmas lights in the neighborhoods around us, and the loving smiles and kind actions of our family's, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. These things and more are evidence of the activity of God, for they are demonstrations of the love within each heart and the desire to express that love.
God is with us~at work or at play, in traffic or whle shopping. God is with us whether we are in the midst of a crowd of people or spending a quiet time alone. Wherever, we are, we can be sure that God is there as our loving companion, protector, and friend.
Today we give thanks for the activity of God within us and at work in our lives, and we enjoy the splendor of this glorious season! Advent~Unity

Our quiet times of communion with God awakens us to divine guidance. In these quiet moments, we can put aside our preparations for Christmas events or workday activities, relax, and release everything in the outer world. By releasing any uncertainty and immersing ourselves in an awareness of God's presence within, we become an empty vessel waiting to be filled.
Spending quiet time in prayer is vital to our awareness of divine guidance, and placing worldly concerns in God's care makes room in the vessel of our heart and mind for new insights and understanding. As we wait in silence, we are filled with new enthusiasm and inspired to follow the guidance I receive.
After a time of listening in the stillness for God's reassurance, we can resume our activities filled with new confidence, courage, and serenity. With God to guide us, we can move forward on the path that is right for me and look forward to gaining deeper spiritual meaning during this sacred season! Advent Unity

♥What a wondrous time of the year this is! We feel Your presence all around us. We hear Your voice in the excitement of children. We see Your light in the twinkling stars of a dark night. We feel Your love in the hugs of friends and family And we know, God, We know that here in your presence is where we belong, where we are whole! On this 7th day of advent we are mindful of the many promises You fulfill in our lives each day. You are with us as peace when we feel there is not enough time, as faith when we are unsure of our paths, as strength when we are discouraged. Thank You God, for always being with us. Today we make a commitment to You and a commitment to ourselves. We dedicate ourselves to growing spiritually, to developing our awareness of Your great and wonderful presence within ourselves. In this sacred season, We will recognize the hope, peace, love, and joy of each wonder-filled day. With faith in our hearts, we look forward to the most meaningful Christmas season we have yet experienced.
