Hello Everyone, I'm Melissa, I'm 36yrs old and live in New york, Spanish Harlem. I'm a mother of an 9 yr old daughter who is my world. She keeps me sane in this world I sometimes resent. I'm a very down to earth and honest individual. I often feel the need to be closer to God, to learn about the word of God. And hopefully I can also teach my daughter some day.

I too have a daughter that I truly want to know Jesus in ways I am now just learning. I never really believed He was with us now. I always had it that He was very far away and helping everyone else.
I accepted Him into my heart about 2 years ago when I finally got some of the foundational pieces...the sacrifice that He made for each and everyone of us so that our sins can no longer hold us back and the power of forgiveness. Then I began to understand the Holy Spirit in us - already - just waiting to be ignited. Also, a dear friend helped me see that God hand molded the woman for special purpose - in His own image and likeness.
I would love to share more if you are open. In the meantime, be blessed with ears to hear and eyes that see - He is reaching out to you my child! Knock - Ask - Receive!
May He Bless You Beyond Your Wildest Imagination!

We have all sinned (disobeyed God). Because of our sin, we would all be doomed to hell, except God sent His own Son, Jesus, to pay the penalty for us. It is only through Jesus that we can be forgiven. It is trully amazing how much He loves us!
